Formal Project

As defined in document TE11 – Formal Project Guidelines (Plain English)- all Trainees are required to complete a Formal Project as part of the Diploma of FANZCA. Listed below is the administrative procedure with regard to Formal Project.

  •  Formal Project Proposal – this should be submitted to the Victorian Regional Coordinator for processing through the Formal Project Officer for prospective approval.

  • If the Formal Project involves a Survey being undertaken, prospective approval for the topic from the Formal Project Officer is necessary. 

  •  On receipt of approval, a letter of confirmation will be sent to the Trainee to proceed with the Formal Project.

  •  The completed Formal Project Submission along with the Formal Project Declaration Form should be sent to the Victorian Regional Coordinator either electronically or in hard copy (please provide 2 copies).  The Formal Project Submission will be forwarded to the Formal Project Officer for review and approval.

  •  Once approved confirmation will be sent to the College Assessor [copied to the Trainee] for information and further action.
